Direct Hires
This is the traditional recruiting style and format. Each client pays per candidate based on a percentage of the annual salary. The calculation is quite simple:
1.) Take the hourly wage and multiply it by 2080. This will give you the annual salary.
2.) Then use the annual salary and multiply it by our rate and that will give you your fee.
If your new employee is salaried:
1.) Take the yearly salary and multiply it by our rate to see what the cost will be.
We have maintained the direct hire rate for those client companies that prefer a more traditional method. However there are pros and cons to this method.
Pros
Aligns with industry standards.
Is what many people are use to.
Has a lower percentage charge than other firms.
Same great candidates! Same great service!
Cons
You will pay more per placement than with some of the other programs we offer.
Reduces your flexibility to aggressively negotiate salary if you are bound by budgetary constraints.
